Context
Part of an ongoing engagement on torimpex.pl (WooCommerce grocery wholesale, since 2023) — this thread: catalog import and ERP. Since April 2023 the store has grown around external assortment sources; the largest stage (from July 2026) merges data from two wholesalers at over 15,000 SKU. Without an automated pipeline, stock and orders would drift between the store and the ERP.
Scope
- Import from two wholesalers — bidirectional product integration with mapping of fields, variants and stock levels.
- 15,000+ SKU catalog — repeatable sync tailored to grocery wholesale requirements.
- ERP exchange (XML) — order and product-update flow between WooCommerce and the wholesale system.
- Pipeline tuning — performance fixes after the first full sync cycles.
Result
- Assortment from two wholesalers updates itself — no manual rewriting of stock and prices.
- WooCommerce ↔ ERP/XML, 15k+ SKU — bidirectional sync of catalog, stock and orders.
