Context
Part of an ongoing engagement on torimpex.pl (WooCommerce grocery wholesale, since 2023) — this thread: frontpage, catalog, Omnibus. The wholesale store needed clearer offer and delivery presentation plus Omnibus directive compliance. Full page reloads on filter/sort slowed shopping, especially on mobile.
Scope
- AJAX catalog — filtering, sorting and pagination without page reload; background add-to-cart.
- Delivery messaging — in-store pickup and same-day delivery info on product cards and lists.
- Omnibus price history — logging price changes and showing the lowest price from 30 days before a discount.
- Frontpage and admin — homepage improvements and section management from the admin panel.
Result
- Catalog browses without constant reloads; product cards show whether pickup or same-day delivery is available.
- WooCommerce Omnibus + AJAX catalog — price history, frontpage UX, same-day logistics messaging.
